The Battle Of Hoth From Star Wars Episode V:Empire Strikes Back

Great Moments to look for

~The Ion Cannon shooting the Empire’s star-destroyer: This is a great moment, and there are some great FX shots with the rebel ships fleeting.

~The AT-AT Walkers attacks: When I watched this movie, I wanted one of these walkers as a toy. Plus we get a glimpse on an early design of the AT-STs as well.

~John Williams score to this scene is amazing. It is probably one of the best pieces of music in the movie. If you get the CD score, listen to this track.

~I just love the frantic nature of the battle, yet it is also structured too. Lucas would never pull something like this off for another 15 years.

~I find it amazing that moviegoers would accept the only major battle in the movie being in the middle of the film.
