Kyla Ebbert

Uh, this is objectionable attire?

http://abcnews.go.com/US/Travel/story?id=3571435&page=1

((Kyla Ebbert, a blond, shapely 23-year-old San Diego coed who also works shifts at a Hooters restaurant, boarded the flight to Tucson, Ariz., on a one-day round-trip visit to an Arizona doctor's appointment. She had settled into her seat when a flight attendant confronted her about what was later described by the airline as "revealing attire."))

((Ebbert said she told the flight attendant she needed to remain on that flight so could make her doctor's appointment and that because she was on a day trip, she had not packed any luggage from which she could take clothes to change.))

If they got upset over this, they should come to U of L and check out the girls and what they’re barely wearing here. Come one people, she’d be sitting most of the time. Are we in forth grade and a hot woman can’t show a little skin? Now I can see them having a problem with her coming onto the plane naked, okay I see no problem with that either. But still…

I’ve always taken the stance that if you have the body for it, wear it. If you don’t, then don’t.

Update: There's more info. Check my friend's comment section.

Seriously, if that is their definition of revealing, the Christian Right has gone WAY too far.

It has gone too far. While I don't like the lets sue for everything folks, I think she has a case here.

what, they complained about that?! yeah i'm a conservative christian, but geez, not THAT bad. i've seen a lot less wardrobe in shopping malls, from kids walking to school, to college students. that dress is actually conservative compared to other public settings. that flight attendant needs to get out more.

it's nuts.

I've gone to school and stopped in my tracks when a lady wear less than this would walk by and i would be shocked.

This is mild by even my very liberal standards.

That is if I had standards.

I am really ticked off by this. I mean the Young lady looks exactly like most of the So.Cal Girls here! She was totally covered up!. It's not like she was parading around in a bikini?!?!!

If Southwest gets it's way on this issue then it would give future legal grounds for mandating an actual dress code for commercial airlines to mandate for thier customers.

I'm just upset over the principal of the thing.

Free At Last: hopefully she's post some more interesting pictures there.

Mayren: It has gotten crazy the way some of the religious right has taken over the US.
This could open up for other locations and building to refuse to serve anyone they feel isn’t dress properly. Hopefully, she’ll win her case.

Check out my post on my blog that redirects to your original post here... Someone anonymous commented on this story in the point of view of "Southwest" it's interesting.

Maybe they should show the picture where her thong lines was 6 inches above the top of the skirt, the button in the front of the skirt to close it is down to her pubic bone, and dureing the interview she flashed the audience numerous times, That picture of her sitting shows nothing like when she's standing and you can actually see that things. my view is, i have boys, I dont let them hang their pants down past their butts, dont let your daughters show my boys everything they got and we'll all be fine

Mayren: Thanks for the heads up, I've just made a post about it, linking it directly back to your site. Is this a real statement?

Anonymous: Thank you for giving me another view on the situation. And, part of me agrees with you, but we need to get past this fear of the sex and the female body. Yeah, sure she has a short skirt, but when you factor what young ladies are wearing today, this dress is modest compared to the other stuff. I simply can't see the fuss behind this thing.

Oh, I agree with you about the pants thing though.

Again, thanks for posting your thoughts.
