Circuit II is not a good movie. SC II just wasn't necessary. But, I
loved the Los Locos. They are the lamest gang I've seen since
Adventures in Babysitting. I also love that they even go
interplanetary with their motto. Kicking one's balls into outer space is an amazing feat.
Only a handful
of people remember this chant. ((Los locos kick your ass. Los locos kick your face. Los locos kick your balls INTO OUTER SPACE!))
