New Kids on the Block blame the world economy for their cancellation. (More linking)
((The U.S. pop act New Kids on the Block said on its Web site it is scrapping its planned Australian concert tour due to the economy.))
Why does this sound like spinning to me? Blame the recession for poor ticket sells. We know that it is because they suck. Did people really desire a reunion in the first place? I don’t think 14 years would make their music sound any better.
The world doesn't need this reunion anyway.

I was a fan back in the day; bought some tickets for their UK tour last January but ended up selling them when my cousin backed out. I know they had a weekender on a cruise ship recently too. Guess they didn't have enough Aussie fans to make it profitable.
Their new album's pretty good.
Is their new album sound like today's music or does it have a retro feel to it?
I'm surprised to hear that Donnie Wahlberg is really into this reunion. He's made a career for himself in acting and is actually a better actor than his brother.
i thought they couldnt afford NOT to go... oh.oh.oh.oh.ooooh. oh wells.
hehehe
That's true, I'm most of them were counting on this tour for cash. With the exception of Donnie.
