I just watched the entire series of The Wire. And Clay Davis is still one of the best characters from the show. Davis is a corrupt Senator that takes money from known drug dealers and other people. He finally has to take the stand this is his best performance.
The sound is a little off from the video.
I just love the way he grandstands throughout the scene.
