Mid-WestSportsFans.com has a poll up asking people to between Chris Klein and David Caruso as to which one is the worst actor.
That is a hard one to make a decision on. While Caruso has had a longer career of making shit, Chris Klein is just laughable in Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li. To be fair, I laughed every time Klein opened his mouth. But, Caruso has done nearly 200 episodes of the overrated CSI: Miami, and that’s a lot of bad acting. And, he really didn’t change his character from the one he played on NYPD Blue or that movie Jade.
He also had a part in that dreadful Hudson Hawk. But, he's still a bit more restrained in his roles.
I’m going to have to go with Klein only because his Street Fighter role was really bad even for a terrible movie like that.

See, I'd go with Chris Klein too. Because say what you will about Caruso, but he was a) on NYPD Blue, so he gets some credit for that, and b) he is now a meme onto himself. You have to have something if you can be the focus of an entire meme.
Caruso was also in Rambo Part one and that's one of my favorite movies, so he gets a pass there too.
He was good on NYPD Blue, but the show actually improved once he left.
I have to wonder if he knows people make fun of him
