Uh-oh
It’s not everyday when you see something that indirectly involves you. If you remember, I got a letter from someone back in the day about this incident. Luckily, no one has contacted me about this. They could very well cause problems for me at work.
I’m being very vague about this…
I don’t think they really have a case here, but I still feel bad for their loss.
I’ll have more to say after all this blows over.

theres always a way to make a case; good lawyers are all over. as long as they can provide evidence that the company knew he had anger issues and that that might have led to an outburst, then they can probably put some sort of case together.
come on, in a country where if a thief falls into a house hes breaking into and injures his leg, then sues the house owner and wins, you know you can get a case for anything.
You might be right.
I watched the guy grow more and more unstable, but I dont think UPS could have predicted his extreme violent turn.
Before this happened, I've never witnessed a guy turn from being a cool guy into an unstable guy in a matter of a few years. None of us knew why he behaved in such a way.
But you're right, they could very well connect the dots and make a case.
