The Wolverine Movie has major re-shoots

Collider is reporting that Fox has commissioned some re-shoots for the upcoming X-Men spin-off. They’re saying extensive re-shoot. People have been saying that people from inside FOX have been reporting that the movie was bad, really bad. So, I kind of thrilled to know that at least FOX won’t dump the film out there without trying to make it better. Keep in mind FOX needs a major hit besides Marley & Me.

Then there’s the report of Richard Donner, the director that helmed Superman the Movie and 75% of Superman II, was seen on the set. Could this mean they’re taking in his input in the film? Keep in mind Donner was the man responsible for making Superhero movies what they are today.

However, it is probably more than likely he’s just visiting his wife Lauren Shuler Donner on the set. Mrs. Donner is a major superhero movie producer and is a producer on X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Anyway, I guess we’ll see what happens to this Wolverine movie in May 1, 2009.
