Willie Tyler I did a little research and discovered the name of the Guy with the puppet is named Willie and Lester. Willie and Lester have been doing ventriloquist acts for over 40 years.

The original version of the McDonald's ad: This is actually very funny when you listen to what Lester is saying the entire ad. I love the ‘quit showing off’ bit with Willie drinking.
