Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross
What is it about?
Chrono Cross is a RPG videogame that was released for the old Playstation console years ago. It was a sequel to the old SNES game called Chrono Trigger. CT was a game that dealt with time travel. What was so cool about CT was you could travel through time and change things in the past that, in turn, changed things in the future. Events weren’t set in stone, kind of like Back to the Future. Fates weren’t sealed.
That game was created by the dream team of videogame makers at then called Squaresoft. These people included Yasunori Mitsuda, Nobuo Uematsu, and Character designer (Dragon Ball Z fame) Akira Toriyama. These people went on to make a great RPG that rivaled the famous Final Fantasy games.
Because it was released on the Super NES, it was a landmark game in graphics and sound. Plus, CT had an amazing storyline that spanned over centuries. Kingdoms rose and fell during the large storyline. The main storyline is a bit confusing…
