Sterling and Digital Homicide Lawsuit...The End?

I've
been covering this saga for a while, but it looks like this thing
might be coming to an end...finally. Digital Homicide has decided to
completely drop the lawsuit agianst Sterling. This personal vendetta
against a reviewer has completely destroyed their business and the
overpriced lawsuit is silly.
And,
10 Million? Really, DH?
The
world is a better place without DH. And, the funny thing is we're
still getting false copyright claims by “indie devs” against
critics.
It could have turned out even worst for DH if JS decided to charge them for lawyer cost.
