Small Wonder’s Vicki (parody)

That was funny.  She really does look like a slightly older Vicki from the show. 

I remember watching the old show back in the day.  While it hasn’t aged well at all, it is fun to watch old episodes for the sheer shitty retro look.  I can see a creator pitching this show to a studio, “You see there is this scientist with a family and he brings home an android.  Throw in the funny.” 

Tiffany Brissette (Vicki) went to some limited acting gigs after the show ended.  She was in an episode of Parker Louis Can’t Lose and a voice on one of those Ewok movies.  She decided to give up acting for nursing in Colorado.  Instead of clinging onto fame like some other people through reality shows, she went to school and got a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (meaning she isn’t a scientology member).    It would probably freak me out to see Vicki the robot treating me for injuries. 

-The show went on for 4 full seasons (24 episodes).  That is surprising to me.   

-Looking at the wiki page, it appears they actually dealt with aging issue by giving an upgrade to her software. 

-Not to be confused with the RCA Small Wonder. 

-Want to know what happened to Vicki’s brother?  Jerry Supiran grew up…a lot and he seems like a good guy too.  And, the dude has a twitter account.

-Every show from the 80s had a Evil Twin story and Small Wonder was no different.
