Love Lockdown (by Kanye West)

One thing I’ve always given Kanye credit for is that he uses interesting methods for making his music videos. The music seems to fit with the strange videos images. I wish other hip-hop artists would at least try to make their music interesting in this manner.
The choice of using an all white room in his house was a wise move. It’s a nice contrast to the colors that show up later on. The song is a throwback to some old blues songs. The Wiki page states the song stems from Minor Blues, so I looked through some You Tube videos (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YL_tc2NnK8)
Note: Watch the three African tribal people run past his window. They run exactly when he says, “No, no, no.” They timed it just right. That’s a nice touch.
Note II: As someone posted in the comments in the video, Watch as the guy with the spear jump out of the video frame. That is a cool effect.
I like how African woman hides in his kitchen, and the use of the large women with the body paint is usual, but still an interesting sight.
Here’s the Official remix with R-Kelly that was posted by Kanye
We need more of this type of stuff out of music videos and less of junk the junk we see in videos today.
