Indiana Jones and
the Temple of Doom: Finale theme
Instead of being
a cut and paste job with the end credits music, John Williams added
the “Short Round” theme as a counter-theme to the IJ theme in the
first minute of the track. It is the one way you can tell this track
comes from Temple of Doom.
I also like how
the track slows down for the Slave Children Theme. Slave theme is
pure Williams from the 80s, but there is a 30s vibe to the track.
I am not a fan of
the Romantic Theme, but I love the transition back into the IJ Theme
from that theme.
