Uh, they considered these things bombs? Are we that stupid and that scared to think a cartoon character in a TV show would cause this? You have to love that FOX news is eating this up too in the News clip.
And two people were actually arrested from the incident.
Yes, things have gotten stupid real fast. Why would someone want people to find their bombs with Light Bright devices? They'd want to draw very little attention to their 'devices' not have colorful characters on them. Not that I'd ever do that...
Well, this is probably the best marketing ever for a film!
In a world where people think Light-Bright signs are considered bombs, comes a movie so funny, so scary that you will have to see it or die. Aqua Teen Hunger Force the Movie.

when i first heard about this, i thought, ok i know our government is stupid, but now it is proven than some parts of government have forgotten all aspects of common sense.
what next, whole states will shut down because a car's tailpipe will look funny? and then claiming a $1 billion bomb squad bill. my guess would be some members of the bomb squad wanted to laugh when they got to the scene.

You're right on the money. So, it may have been a mistake, but forcing them to pay for the whole thing, crazy.
The last thing terrorists want to do is place cartoon characters on a bomb so people can notice.
BTW, the signs were around the area for about two weeks...twoooo weeeekkks. (Total Recall moment, sorry)
