Can we say this picture has been enhanced a little? Looks like someone shrunk her head a bit to give her a more pleasing look, as if that’s possible. 
At first, the guy (?) disturbed me (Boy George?), but then I found myself more troubled by Rosie’s enormous dome. Can’t this guy learn how to put on lipstick the correct way?
