Guess who pleaded guilty?  

 

Oh, Rusty, I know you read everything about yourself.  So, this isn't harassment and I am just stating my opinion here.  Take everything I say and write here with a grain of salt.  So, don’t even try to threaten to sue me, Russ.   

Yep, good old Rusty is in a "bit of legal issue".  Instead of taking the court-ordered treatment, he wanted to take the charges to court and change his plea from “no contest” to “not guilty”.  In the end, someone forced or encouraged him to give a guilty plea.  An actual trial would bring up some nasty stuff that our man Rusty has done over the years.   Someone was aware of that given his long history with women.  And, what about that incident in high school you mentioned in your book, Russ?  

From the Kiwi Farms, he’s gotten 18 months of probation and court-ordered mental health evaluation.  On top of his suspended jail sentence, he has to keep his nose clean from other crimes.  That means he can’t harass other women considering they could bring up charges of harassment.  These records could now keep him from getting other jobs.   

KF also has transcripts of the Zoom appearance.  My favorite quote is “hyper-focused on controlling young women” and they brought up his creepy pro-hooker book in the court.  Damn, Rusty, they have your number.  Yes, the victim told him to stop contacting her and he kept doing it and threaten to sue her.  Then, he told her that he’d hire a mediator to fix their relationship...that is creepy.   

You should have taken the second plea deal, Russ.  Now, you’ve painted yourself in a corner. 

  

Anyway, here’s hoping his family will intervene and take away his social media.  He also needs to move back in with his parents in order to keep himself out of trouble.  Of course, he won’t do that and he’ll probably be back in court and jail.   In my opinion, I think he is very dangerous to women and needs to be under supervision.  That's just my opinion.
