Fake fight gets you a strike? Why?

Wow, YouTube, you’ve really shit the bed this time.  For some reason, YouTube flagged a video of a Tuber watching a video of a bunch of costume people beating up another costumed person.  The problem for YouTube is that they said the video that causes the guideline strike is fake.  It is completely fake to the point you can clearly see the guys in the suits using WWE style hits and kicks.  In other words, pulling punches.  Yet, YouTube double down and maintained the strike.  Uh, it was fake.  Then, Markiplier received a strike for watching the same clip...of a fake encounter.  Markiplier is literally one of the most milk-toast Tubers out there and one of YT’s safer content creators.  How does this happen consider there is actual porn on YouTube?

The good news is that they finally removed the strikes from both channels.  But, why was this happening?

Don’t take my word for it.  Check out the video below.    It is clearly a WWE type "fight".  I generally give Twitch shit for banning people left and right, but this was a YT f' up.
