While Patton Oswald and I differ on many things recently, I want to give him some advice.
Here is the thing; Patton, Twitter is not what made you famous. You shouldn’t have to apologize or be afraid of the blue-haired-checkmarks. You got your start being a comedian and being funny. Likewise, you made a living acting and creating content. Twitter shouldn’t matter. If you want to be friends with Dave, fine. Stop trying to bow to the Twitter crowd.
Patton, you are a man of 52 years of age. You don’t need to bend the knee to some 20-something blue-hairs or to some right-wing asshats.
