If you remember, Dustin was one of the lowlifes that were caught during the early TCAP days in Bowling Green, KY. He traveled from his small town in Tenn six hours away. He threw his shaver and KY Jelly into his PT Crusier and trucked his way to the sting house. After Hasen crushed him, the police arrested him. He would later serve five years from KY and eight years for his possession of CP. He ended getting ten years and I believe he served his time in two different state prisons (KY and Tenn.).
Once he left prison, he worked in a store. And, I believe he lost his father during this time. His cerebral palsy has put him in a wheelchair.
It usually takes people only three years to take and pass the sexual predator classes, but Dustin is taking over five years. He is showing zero improvements. He blames everyone else for the problems he created for himself. He is basically spinning his wheels and refuses to make any progress. It also seems strange but true that he has a group church people that were there to support him. Sorry, that doesn’t cut it and he’s still a danger to children and teenagers. He has 90 days to improve or be forced back into prison.
I always found Dustin to be the worst of the worst as far as the TCAP group goes. He uses his handicap as a weapon to disarm people and manipulates children. Basically, he turns from being a monster to a simple country boy. It makes me sick. Dustin needs to be put back in prison.
