Standing in the middle of a darkened street, I knew it was going to happen. From what I read in the video notes, the driver of the drove off and didn’t stop. And, the dude was standing there for 15 minutes yelling at the building. After five minutes of the building not responding, you would think he’d quit. Was this God telling him to stop?
