Kanye West disrespects Taylor Swift ( Make sure to check out the video ) Great, Kanye West, you just pulled a “Joe Wilson”. I’ve defended Kanye in the past, but this just takes the cake. Kanye shows his total asshole-ness. Kanye West can be placed in the same annoying group as those fools that interrupt town hall meetings. Heroes Reborn: Captain America; A little background Yes, the storyline is that goofy. I will give Marvel credit for shoving the main characters to a Sub-universe. And, it is amazing that they used many concepts from Heroes Reborn with their current Ultimate universe. Heroes Reborn was a bold, if foolish, move to boost sales. In many ways, it worked. And, I loved that the universe was created from the Onslaught saga. I didn’t like that Marvel took their major franchise characters and farmed them out to other comic book companies. Instead of making a completely different set of revamped heroes, they actually took the heroes from main Marvel universe and rearranged their origins in a pocket universe. It took over a year before the heroes moved back to the main universe. Funny enough, this was the reason the fanboy confronted Liefield and caused all this stuff.

Shannon-Let the Music Play While watching Adventureland, they played this song in one of the scenes. I cracked a smile because I used to love this. It used to play on the radio all the time. Listening to it today, I realized Lady Gaga owes a lot to these 80's artists from the dancing era. Extended remix I also realized that this song paved the way for the trance/dance music from the 90s. Death Race Statham, another car movie? Death Race is loud and stupid and even dumber on a popcorn level. The plotline has more holes than a worn out tennis shoe. While I’ve never seen the original Death Race movie, I can tell this remake isn’t too close to the source material. Of course, Jason Statham plays another badass that drives cars and kills people just like in Crank and the Transporter. Statham must like driving cars because that is pretty much what this movie is about. Imagine Mortal Kombat and Gran Turismo mixed together. Like any other Paul W.S. Anderson produced/directed movie, the plot is completely mindless. However, if you come to a Paul WS Anderson movie for the enriching storyline, you’re missing the point. Australian Meter Maids ( Surfers Paradise ) ( Source of picture ) While listening to Adam Carolla's podcast with Australian comedian Jim Jeffries, Jeffries mentioned that in Australia they have women called Meter Maids. Unlike American Meter Maids, a term not used anymore, the Australians have a different term. They have women in bikinis they stroll around feeding coins to the expired meters.
