Woman loses it at the gas pump!

When someone completely loses it over your lack of actions, you have power over them.  I am guessing the black refused to move up, and the other car simply rammed them.  She throws coffee, or tea, at their car. Do you realize you are facing charges now?  I still believe everything horrible that happens in the world happens at the gas station.
