Star Wars:  A Series of Missed Opportunities and story decisions.  (AKA Star Wars: The Last Jedi) I honestly don't believe the movie deserves a three-part review. So, I am not going to waste my time on it. It is not a terrible movie and looks fantastic, but the story and characterization are weak. After the great build up and true cliffhanger from the ending of TFA, TLJ feels like such a letdown with the manner Rian handled the threads left from TFA. - Rian Johnson what did you do to the trilogy? I actually like some of the other Johnson movies, but they did have some weak story aspects to them well. The character seems a bit off and strange acting, while others are taken in different directions.  It feels like Rian   took the brilliant world building set up by JJ and hated what he saw and crushed it. Time Bandits:  Robin Hood scene   This is one of my  favorite  scenes from this classic movie.  The movie is an interesting mix of comedy and really dark themes.  I loved this scene because it is mean and silly at the same time.  Having a big guy punching the poor because he wants to is funny.  I also like that Robin Hood has no control over his merry men.   It is wonderfully directed.  

Guess who is got marries?  Jeff Stacy (AKA the human/goblin hydrate) got married. The notification showed up on my phone via a YouTube channel I follow. Watching on my phone, I was in total shock. For one, the man looks like something you scrape off your shoe. Second, he is a freaking sexual predator. Third, he's a freaking predator! Fourth, he's a walking talking meme. I haven't found that special someone, but the meme-mutant actually has a main squeeze.  Keep in mind she is of age too!  I had just written a post about him, making fun of him, and he's now doing better than I in the dating department. Gladys Knight's Heard it Through the Grapevine (remix) Most people remember The  Temptations  or the Marvin Gaye  versions  of the song, but I really dig Gladys’s  version  the best.   It  has more focus on her voice than the other two  version .  This remix is actually a blending Gaye’s track with her voice.  It works really.   Make sure to check The Reflex's channel for more remixes of classic songs.  His MJ remixes are amazing.  

Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck gone? I didn't think Affleck would last long. He looked completely bored in the JL movie.  But, Henry leaving is a shock.  Because of this, DC is pretty much screwed.  And, I am happy about it.  I want to see DC fall on its face in order for it right this ship.   At this point, it might be okay for DC to start over again. Except to do a Flashpoint story. Have a huge and powerful Flash movie where Flash restarts the DC universe with major changes after he resets the story. Keep Wonder Woman the same, but change everything else. Make Batman young...18 years old. And, re-cast Superman and make him established. Despite these new developments, DC is still screwing up their brand. If they make a Supergirl movie, that will confuse everything that they've tried to do with Supergirl on the CW. I saw this on Phi Defranco’s channel and I am completely shocked by this nonsense by Tom Ley.  This is that strange SJW/alt-right bullshit that makes taking media not fun anymore.  For these two groups, everything has to be cornered off into political shit and wants you to NOT have fun.     Ley, not everything needs to be seen through SJW glasses.  Spiderman, like Batman, has always been on the  fringe  of the law in the eyes of the local PD.  Some police officers hate him and others support him.  That’s one of the factors of being Spider-Man.    I am not going to get into this too much because I have another story about someone turning Luke Cage into something he’s not.   Here’s the Deadspin story .     It is shit like this that makes me want to get to this job.    

Woman shoots her phone on I nstagram Can anyone find the actual video of the woman shooting her phone on  Instagram ?  I looked everywhere for the actual video.  There is something compellingly stupid about a person shooting their own  stuff .     What happened afterward?  Does Apple Care cover self-inflicted gunshots to their phones?  

There has always been a rivalry between the B5 and the DS9 crews and writing teams. This blooper was a tip of the hat to the other show.  A lot of the B5 and Trek actors are friends and meet each other at conventions and hang out together.     From the B5 wiki , ( ( Hague's death was a result of  Robert Foxworth ' s agent accidentally double- booking him to play the similar role of  Admiral Leyton  on two fourth season episodes of  Star Trek: Deep Space Nine  that were to be filmed at the same time. MundaneMatt :  It is time to stop.     After revealing that he went on a mass-flagging  campaign  and ignoring the fallout, he has been losing thousands upon thousands of subs.   At the moment, he has lost nearly 13K subs.   Here’s the thing; He has actually lost more like 15 subs because he “gain” like 2-3K subs.  I am not going to get into the whole Twitter deletion thing going on  his Twitter page.  That is a whole other post.     Given he has a very young child and he does nothing but YouTube and Twitch, he really can't take a break.  However, he really needs to address this on his channel and take a month off and restart things or he is going keep losing subs.  This is sad really sad.  It is kind of fitting that both Zoe Quinn and Mundane Matt are currently in a lot of trouble three to four years after GG.
