Star Wars Saga: KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut


I remember this KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut ad that crossed over with Star Wars Episode I.  I remember liking it because it was a team up of the various Fast Food characters, like a Justice League of Fast Food. 
-The voice from the Naboo distress call clearly isn’t from Portman. 
-So, the Taco Bell dog likes to go clubbing. 
-I like that spiffy Pizza Hut jacket.

I actually liked these ads compared to some of the other ones connected to SW.

  Anyone who has read my blog back in the day is fully aware that I hate, no, loathe, Perez Hilton.  He was the large turd of the blog world.  He would draw these stupid things over famous people's photos, like penises and things even more childish. The Knightfall trailer, hmm

  The Knightfall comic series was the story that got me into comic books in the 90s, that and the death of Superman.  In the 90s, DC went dark, really dark.  They pushed, destroyed, and rebuilt their iconic characters just to see what they were made of.  During this era, DC's heroes looked different after they were torn down.  What kind of person are you when they strip away everything?  Are you still the person you were before the fall? The Knightfall series brought Batman to his knees, literally.  Bane broke Batman physically and mentally.  With his back broken, Bruce had to step down from Batman.  Another, darker Batman had to take over.  After the new Batman went crazy, Bruce and his team had to take down the new Batman.  This new DC animated series has me worried.  The comic book story is great, but can we trust DC animation after The Killing Joke and Hush versions?  They made major changes that severely harmed the ov...

Snooki receives a book deal… From Reuters , ((The 22-year-old, better known by her nickname "Snooki," will publish a novel, aptly titled "A Shore Thing," in January 2011, Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, said on Wednesday. )) And, my head is on fire too.  This is a woman that can barely speak on a 2 nd grade level and someone is giving her a book deal.  No, she didn’t earn a book deal; they’re just giving her one.  This is truly an insult to every aspiring writer out there that hasn’t gotten a book deal.  I bet this Snooki hasn’t ever entered a bookstore or library in her life other than to use the public bathrooms.  I went on a rant about this Jersey Shore cast claiming that the show is a simple enough idea.  Just gather a bunch of stupid people and throw alcohol at them.  Stick a camera in from of the mouth breathers, and it will be a hit.  Now, they’re taking it a step further by giving this little hobbit a book deal. ...
