I
was looking for the Sax Guy in Lost Boys, but ran into this little
gem. I may be straight, but I totally have a man crush on this epic
sax guy. He's like Nic Cage and Steven Seagal in music form and you
throw in a smattering of The Boz for good measure.
Anyway,
I did some digging and found out his name is Sergey
Stepanov
. Damn, even his real name is cool!. I always knew of the Lost Boy
guy, but not this guy. He is a member of this Euro group SunStroke
Project
.
From
the wiki,
((After
the contest, Stepanov, thanks to his extravangant look and dancing
style, quickly became an Internet
memenamed
"Epic Sax Guy" through a YouTube video with Sergey's
instrumental solo performance during the group's Eurovision
performance. It instantly went viral and spawned quite a few remix
videos, including a ten-hour long remixed version.
))
Shit, even the music is off the mark.
900 bucks to meet Ariana? That's a bit much for a guy that works
blue collar work. I could see paying that much for a charity with the
backstage thing being the prize. Notice he says, “I dressed in a
suit for her.” So, what. He does the same thing when he goes to
stripe clubs or hires hookers. Dude, no one cares about your suits.
Then, if she dissed you, why did you stay for her concert?
Then, he has the nerve to say she ignored
him over the bombing victims. Dude, people got hurt and lost their
lives. Your ego was bruised. The second worst part of that video is
that he says he will drop the suit if she does his song. WTF? That
means this whole thing is just a way to force her to do your shitty
music. That's low.
He gave her the lawsuit papers
post-terrorist attack. How about taking the time to reconsider your
hurt feelings when she is going through a lot of shit? Can you
believe that?
Russ
is the same guy that threatened to sue strippers back in a post I did
earlier. I clicked on his post on Kiwi Farms and I could not believe
how loony his story has turned out to be. I see this guy as being
the legal-beagle version of Chris Chan and DSP. And, you'll see why.
I
won't be saying his full name, because he really goes out of his way
to search and read everything said about him. And, I am going to be
careful and what I say in these two posts about him. I probably
shouldn’t say much about him because he is kind of a sue happy
fellow. But, he needs to be discussed due to his antics.
He
is a very interesting character. He can't move his face and eyes (cant look side to side). I feel for him, because I grew up being
different and not having many friends. I can't imagine having a
paralyzed face and having kids tease and beat you up. Having the kids
around you having normal lives is tough. However. he's been
suing various women because they've rejected him in some sort of way.
In a way, he's become the very thing he fought against he was
younger...a Bully.
Because
of his disability, he has become very forthright with women and comes
onto them rather strongly. He also goes after ONLY 9s and 10s when
it comes to women. He then gets angry when they reject him, so he
visits brothels a lot. When you pay enough, these working girls can
look past his issues. (Yet, he's been banned by one of the famous
brothels because he threatened to sue them)
He's
the guy that dresses up in a suit and tie and buys them flowers and
candy. Uh, she is doing a job. I don't hand out candy and fruits to
cute ladies at the counter of McDonald's before she takes my order.
She's there to do her job, and not to fall in love with you.
This
has turned him into a warrior for legalizing brothels in Utah. He's
made it into the news as the PJW. Prostitute Justice Warrior.
From
City Weekly.net,
((filed
a lawsuit against city, county and state officials, including Gov.
Gary Herbert, for violating his constitutional rights by upholding
laws that make sex work illegal. State officials at the various
governmental agencies declined to comment on pending litigation.
))
You're
starting to see a theme here aren't you? There are a lot of lawsuits
being thrown around by this man.
Here's
where it gets even stranger. He tried suing Taylor Swift.
He
claims he is a composer and you hear some of his "music".
It is rather cringe-worthy. (Actually, some of his songs aren't that bad while others are terrible.) He wrote a song for Swift and tried to
pass it along to her via her agents. He claims they didn't pass the
song to Swift. So, he sued her agents and her for not making his
song.
From
Fox 13, ((A
local attorney is representing Taylor Swift in small claims court in
Utah after a man filed a lawsuit claiming he was harmed by her
agents’ refusal to pass along songs he wrote.
))
That
is a part of what agents do. They act as gatekeepers for their
clients. And, many have strict policies in place for submission to
artist (to keep people from suing them). They did their jobs and
they still got sued by good old Russ. Naturally,
the case was thrown out.
And,
Taylor Swift could have forced him to pay court and lawyer fees for
her part in the case, but she didn't.
This
is why I have a huge problem with this guy. He tried to slide in his
work “under the door” and got rejected. You took an “L” .
Move on. When I get rejection letters from publishers, I can't go
around suing them because I am black and think they discriminated
against me.
Trust
me, the story gets even better and creepier....
I guess you can say Taylor Swift "Shook off" the lawsuit. (Sorry, I had to)
From
Hollywood Reporter, ((West,
who was at the pinnacle of pop culture after Batmandebuted
in January 1966, only to see his career fall victim to typecasting
after the ABC show flamed out, died Friday night in Los Angeles after
a short battle with leukemia, a family spokesperson said.
))
Look
I hated the 60s Batman show, and I hated the hammy style of the show.
However, Batman wouldn’t be the pop cultural icon that he is today
if it weren’t for the Adam West version. The show kept the Batman
comic in print and made sure the comic book survived the slump. And,
you have to give West credit for all the pop cultural references to
his show (Boom Pow).
West
was the third actor to play the character in a live action movie.
However most people remember him from the 60s show and that strange
spin-off movie.
I
really dug his performance in the Batman the Animated series. He
played the Grey Ghost and was brilliant in just that episode. I dare
say it is his best performance to date. The man made a second career
out of doing VO work on
cartoons and video games (GTA 5).
Writer
James Gunn says that the Scooby Doo(2002) was supposed to be much more of a
dirty movie than it turned out.
From
Moviefone,
(("Yes,
it was not exactly what we planned going out - I had written an
edgier film geared toward older kids and adults, and the studio ended
pushing it into an clean cut children's film. And, yes, the rumors
are true - the first cut was rated R by the MPAA, and the female
stars' cleavage was CGI'd away so as not to offend. But, you know,
such is life. I had a lot of fun making this movie, regardless of all
that. And I was also able to eat, buy a car, and a house because of
it."
))
I actually heard about
this change as early as the release of the movie. It was supposed to
be a dirty joke against the older series. However, the studio wanted
a more family friendly movie. I even heard there was pot humor in an
earlier cut of the movie. In the end, we got a more dumb down
product. And, don't get me started on the terrible sequel. The first
movie is okay, but the second movie is watchable. (And, I love the twist at the end of the first movie.)
From
IMDB, ((This
film was originally set to have a much darker tone, essentially
poking fun at the original series, and was set for a PG-13 rating.
Shaggy was set to be a stoner, Velma and Daphne had a side
relationship, and there were many marijuana references. According
to Sarah
Michelle Gellar,
after the cast had signed on, there was a change and the film became
more family-friendly.
))
It
seems that she had some serious drugs in her system before she died.
From
LA Times,((Fisher’s
toxicology review found evidence of cocaine, methadone, MDMA (better
known as ecstasy), alcohol and opiates when she was rushed to Ronald
Reagan UCLA Hospital on Dec. 23, a toxicology report showed.
))
That
is a lot of drugs to be on at her age. It is no wonder her heart
went out like it did. Given the major drug used in the past,
the new drugs in her system probably played a factor in her heart
attack. Prolonged drug use will weaken the body to the point that
your organs can't take the stress anymore.
I
find this news rather sad, because she clearly had a major relapse.
This binge did her in. I know she went into treatment before Star
Wars Ep 7, but things must have went to crap after filming wrapped
for Ep 8.
I
understand addiction due to a family member that has ruined his life
over and over again until it will claim his life just like Carrie.
This is also one of the reasons I won't touch drugs or drink alcohol.
Here's Carrie's early interview with Letterman from the 80s.
I’ve grown to really like
watching Lolicows of late. Maybe it is their egos or their display
of disconnect in human emotions. While Chris Chan is amusing, it has
become sad to watch this guy (girl) completely lose his mind over
time. Yet, DSP just keeps getting better. Just this year, he got
fired from his long standing MCN, which he was a managed partner. He
got roped into a shady MCN later.
Recently, his girlfriend of
fives broke up with him and moved out.
Could you tell their
relationship was on the rocks here?
She was a whinny woman that
sounded more like a 15 year old girl than a woman. However, she
didn’t deserve the way he treated her. She grew up a bit and got a
real job and started meeting people. DSP stayed at home all day
playing his video games on Twitch. That ‘s all he did. I am sure
this pissed her off when she would go into work and see him sitting
on his ass.
The kicker is he finally
proposed to her despite not really meaning to marry her. I’m not
the biggest fan of marriage and I believe it is an outdated practice,
but you can't string along a woman that wants to get married. You
either tell her you don’t want marriage or you marry her. Don’t
give her false hope. Tell her straight up.
I think the final straw was
the panic attack she had a few weeks ago. She ended up in an ER and
he acted like a total a-hole to the staff and to her. I think she
decided this was the last thing she would put up with and left him.
Now, he lives alone in a big
house in a gated community and never leaves. He just sits there and
plays VG all day. Now, that might sound appealing to me, it isn’t
healthy for you mentally and physically. Could you imagine blogging
all day and never leaving the house?
And, that’s the thing, I
am a lot like Phil in that I really have trouble with real life
social interaction. I have struggled to relate to people my whole
life. I tend to turn inward to protect myself. I spend my whole
life by myself. DSP actually found someone he enjoyed being around
and completely screwed it up. He took Panda Lee for granted and she
left his ass. Spending most of my life alone, I can tell you things
will become differ cult. It can be done, but it won’t be easy
without that emotional support.
He's been trying to spin it
as a positive and mural thing. I bet it wasn't.
I find this story
interesting because I am currently going through a major change and
I’ve pretty much have cut off every social interaction at work to
the point I won’t talk to people anymore. So, I kind of know what
DSP is going through, but if he thinks living alone in a big house and
never going outside is a good thing. It isn't.
I like that Panda Lee has
gotten out of an unhealthy relationship even though I don't really
like her either. I think she was on a sinking (and stinking) ship, and was smart enough to bail out.
I uncovered this
video a few days ago. It has Garrett Wang and Jeri Ryan at a
convention.
Wang literally
cried when he talked about the tension between Kate and Jeri on the
set. The environment on the show got really toxic from the fourth
season and beyond. Wang admitted that the cast whole hang out at the
food table when they went at it. I stopped watching VOY around the
six season, but always found the bts stuff more entertaining than the
actual show.
Side Note:
Here's Kate Mulgrew life story and I got a little misty eyed.
Janeway
was a poorly written character, but Mulgrew found her way with her
character on Orange is the New Black.
And, I was amazed. Lexi Belle always looked
like the girl next door/the girl that works in the mall, but she
looks really cute without makeup. She may very well be under the
“Too cute to do porn” grouping.
At
first I thought it was a swatting video, but the police are saying
this bust was planned weeks in advance. He did all that stupid thug
bragging and got arrest live on stream. Anyone that knows me knows
that I hate thugs and ignorant ghetto speak. This is truly a lovely
video for me.
And,
guess which state this transpired in? Florida
of course. You have to be the dumbest criminal ever to stream
live the fruits of your illegal activity. And, Karma hits you when
the swat come busting in as he brags about his money. A-hole.
From
Independent UK,((The
police said the search warrant had been planned for that day and that
the video had nothing to do with it.
He
has been charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition as a
convicted Florida felon, possession of paraphernalia for the
manufacture or delivery of drugs, possession of a controlled
substance and possession of cocaine. ))
When
did Facebook become thug HQ? At a certain point, FB became so
ratchet that thugs post their crimes on live stream. FB used to be a place where high school people want to connect and annoy you. And, cam-girls pretend to be your friend in order to get you to watch their streams. Now, it has become this.
Take
a look at this “good looking” fellow's mugshot.
Man,
Dan Aykroyd has thrown some serious shade on Paul Feig. He basically
let it go that Paul was way overwhelmed with a movie this big and
ignored anything the original members of the first movie had to say.
There were some numinous re-shoots added veru late in the production
and Dan says that it cost Sony a lot of money. They added scenes
that even bashed the fan reaction to the trailer. Someone should
have said something when we only see them bust ONE ghost in the first
two acts of the movie, and they let it go only a few scenes later!
And,
Dan had this to say about Paul's handling of the suggestions from the
old cast and crew. From Deadline.com
,((While
not exactly contrite, Aykroyd’s Facebook post yesterday noted, “We
just wish he had been more inclusive to the originators. It cost
everyone as it is unlikely Kristen, Leslie, Melissa and Kate will
ever reprise their roles as Ghostbusters,
which is sad.” The post has nearly 1,000 comments.
))
You can tell that Dan was pissed
with Paul and it really shows. The box office was very poor, but not
a huge hit due to the production budget. The production lost about
70 million and might sink Sony Studios. Higher ups made sure to give
Paul Feig a wide birth to make his version of Ghostbusters without
interference from the older creative forces.
Sony has come back with a statement
that has countered Dan's claim.
Entertainment
IE,((According
to Sony the amount spent on reshoots was closer to $3-$4m.
The
studio also clarified that there remains a strong relationship
between them and Feig. ))
And, I don't think the reshoots were
that much either. Dan missed the mark, but clearly these reshoots
were done because something was missing from the movie and I'd say it
probably cost them around 6-8 million. I find this odd because I
would think Sony would want to put all this behind them and not talk
about it again.
Well,
the dance number was a MAJOR issue for the production. And, it did
cost them some cash. And, the dance number was going to be eve
longer. Paul Feig is a good
director, but not a good fit for a major franchise movie. Just stick
to smaller movies, Paul.
Now, Dan does have his own crazy
ideas that don't work in a movie. And,I think GB3 would have been a
poorly received movie, too. But, I find it interesting that the old
cast was clearly pushed aside and ignored with Dan really feeling
betrayed.
First off, I really hate Trump, but even this photo is a bit too far.
I actually like Kathy (not the stupid comic strip) and her brand of
comedy. Yet, this photo seems a bit odd to me and unfunny. It
doesn't seem like her brand of humor. The fallout from this stupid
and unfunny photo has been major discussion point for everyone. The
blow-back has been so intense that she had to issues an
apology...kind of.
It is low hanging fruit to have a body-less Trump. Given that ISIS
uses beheading videos to start up shit makes me cringe that she went
in that direction. She couldn't have picked a worst time to post
this stupid picture. Trump is a clown that tweets too much and this
is what you came up with. It is pretty sad, Kathy.
She lost her gig from CNN because of it, but of this tasteless photo.
I personally think she shouldn't have lost her job with CNN. She
apologized for it and that should be enough. It was supposed to be a
joke, but it was a stupid joke. She apologized, so we and her should
drop it.
Someone should have stood up and said, "Uh, this is not going to
work. We need to stop."
Now, she has shifted the blame on the trolls. I guess things are
going to get interesting. The press conferance doesn't work in this
case. I would have laid low for a while and then came back in a
month. You will have a career after this, so take some time off.
Like I said, I don't like and care about Trump, but you could have
done better...funnier.
I am going to take a shower because I feel dirty defending Trump.
For
some reason, this song showed up in my suggestion feed. I guess I
did a Power Rangers search. This came out in the 90s, but it has a
rap style from the 80s. The music has a 60 vibe though, which I
really like. I also love that the song became a huge hit in Japan.
Gee, I wonder why?
I
find their rebel girl attitude very cute. Sure in real life a girl
like this would steal your credit card and crash your car. And,
perhaps burn down your house. Bad girls, fun for short periods of
time.
Anyway,
this song was connected to the FIRST Power Rangers movie back in the
mid-90s. It shows up at the end of the movie and has a music video
(with the movie version Power Rangers in it). The music video has a
very Groove is in Your Heart vibe with flashy colors and edits. This
was something that a lot of music videos did at the time. It is a
product of its time.
Here's
the original version of the music video.
The
song also showed up in two “mean girls” based movies as well.
Jawbreaker
and Foxfire.

Trinians

Okay,
Burger King, you made me laugh with these Return of the Mack parody
songs. I love that they brought back a song that is literally 21
years old. The song can get shit-faced drunk at a bar. I love when
ad companies think out of the box and do amusing things like this.
Mark
Morrison's hit song is really good. I always liked the smooth vibe
of the song and the use of the piano and turntable. Actually, I wish
much would come back to this style of music. The has become a hit
again because of this silly ad.
From
hot new hiphop.com,((The
song has honestly stood the test of time, but naturally, it could not
and would not experience the height of its success forever.
Now,
following the debut of Burger King's latest marketing move, the track
has seen an impressive sales increase by 519 percent.))
If
you look up Mark
Morrison
he has a long sheet of criminal charges.
It
is certainly better than this corny Burger King ad.
