TMZ is reporting that the ‘concerned citizen’ was Jill Ishkanian
More and more facts are coming out about the incident involving Heather Locklear. The woman that notified the pigs, er cops was in fact a gossip person.

How exactly do you spin hacking into a company’s computer in a good light?

After she called the cops, she called her paparazzi buddies to take pictures of the arrest, at least that’s what TMZ is reporting. If this is true, it is lowest of the low, even for me. I’m sure Locklear was on something, but isn’t this a bit of the news people making the news by calling in the cameras? I still can’t shake the hacking investigation that is this on this woman either.

If you’re concerned then call the cops, but was this woman actually following Heather around beforehand and had an axe to grind?
