Honest Trailers Entourage

Image
Honest Trailers Entourage Yeah, I used to really like this show back in the day. However, something about this show rubbed me the wrong way toward the later seasons. I kind of left the show when Sasha Gray became the a love interest in one season. Plus, the show seems to have something again fat guys. I remember them bashing Kevin Smith and Seth Rogen on a number of occasions. What's up with that?    It is a show I lost interest and didn't even bother watching the last season. I usually like most HBO shows with the exception of Girls. Will I see the Entourage movie? Nope, not in the theaters. I don't want to be surrounded by a bunch of Dude/Bros. They've just as annoying as teenage girls in a theater...or children. However, I am a fan of Ari Gold.

A Bobcat and a Coyote meet on a bicycle trail…

Image
A Bobcat and a Coyote meet on a bicycle trail… Sounds like the start of a lame joke. I love how the bobcat tries to sneak up on the coyote as if the coyote didn’t know he was there.   I thought coyotes hung out in packs so things like this wouldn’t happen.   The coyote does seem to be fairly young, so he probably doesn’t have a posse yet.   Anyway, I love how calm these animals are around humans. I'm guessing someone has been feeding them.  I think the humans being around and the yelp saved this coyote’s life, because that bobcat was hungry.   I also got a kick out of the bobcat doing a “Screw you, guys.   I’m going home.”

Random Stuff

Random Stuff   ~Rick and Morty: I watched about three episodes and I freaking love this show. The show is so crazy and funny that it could only come from the mind of Dan Harmon. It is kind of a twisted Back to the Future and Dr. Who take. I love this show.    ~ Chris Brown is being a fool: Supposedly, our dear friend (fiend?) Chris Brown was on a plane and allegedly smoked some weed and then yelled at the flight crew. It was a private jet he paid for and he brought up the amount he paid for the flight. He then proceed to harrass the attendants. This guy's a real class act isn't he? I really hate this guy and no woman should ever want to be around him.    ~ Casey Anthony Interview? : I hope not. This lady got away with murdering her own child and then pretending like it never happened for a long while. Why would NBC want to interview this chump? I know that network ratings are in the dump, but come on. ~ Game of Thrones Hardhom...

Armed and Dangerous

Image
Armed and Dangerous Yes, that trailer is awful. Given my fondness for 80s movies, this movie usually falls under the radar of both John Candy and comedy fans. I remember watching this movie a lot on cable back when I was a child. I really dug the movie, even the adult humor that I didn't quite get yet. Watching it now, it hasn't age well as say The Blues Brothers or Ghostbusters. I feel the same way with Adventures in Babysitting. They are simply too entrenched in the 80s for me. However, that doesn't take away that they are still entertaining movies. Basically, it's two guys (one a former cop and other a former lawyer) becoming security guards. Comedy happens from this pairing. One's a straight man and the other is the wild and crazy guy.  This is a very old format.   I still remember the catchy theme song of the same name. This was the era when you got a R&B or pop artist to sing the title of the movie in the song over and over ...

Game of Thrones Hardhome battle

Image
Game of Thrones Hardhome battle  The entire episode was great, but I had not idea this huge battle was going to happen at the end of the episode.   It was kind of a surprise.   I thought they were only going to hint at the White Walkers encroaching on them, but they went all out with this battle.   Usually, they have the episode before the last episode is the big event episode, but this time they had it for episode 8 instead, and that shocked me.   This episode stood out because it dealt with the White Walkers and their army.   I’ve always found their storyline interesting.   I love the concept of the WW and that they really are the big villains that loom over the series.   -I loved all the scenes with the meeting of the Wildlings in their camp:   We also get to see another strong Wildling female character, and she was promptly killed off at the end.   -Dogs Barking: I loved how the dogs were spooked and the storm/win...

Screech Convicted (Update)

Image
Screech Convicted (Update)  I just wrote about this fool a day ago, now news has come out that he's been convicted. Don't get too happy about it, because they ended up being minor offenses. From Smh.com, ((A US jury has convicted TV actor Dustin Diamond of two misdemeanours stemming from a bar-room fight, but cleared the former Saved by the Bell actor of the most serious felony charge. )) Basically, it is a slap on the wrist more than anything else. A knife is considered a concealed weapon I guess in the state he was in and that's what he's been convicted with. He also got a disorderly conduct wrap too. I think he should have been charged with being an annoying person in character and real life. From SMH.com ((The first of these charges carries a maximum penalty of nine months imprisonment but sentencing is yet to take place. )) All jokes aside, I think Screech has that Gary Coleman anger in him. I think all that pinned up hatred for his fa...

Random Things

Random Things ~Well, I'm waiting on the company to approve me for the rideshare program. I had to get my car approved and get my car pictured and uploaded to the service. Now, I have wait for the background check to go through. Anyway, I'll keep you all updated.   ~ Screech stabs someone follow up: If you remember, Screech stabbed someone a while back in some kind of bar fight or something like that, I feel bad for the guy that got stabbed by Screech. He's the one guy that got bested by the biggest dork on the planet. How do you live that down? Screech claims he didn't intend on stabbing the guy. I guess he was just randomly thrusting his knife everywhere and accidentally stabbed the poor sap. Given how straved he is for fame, he's going to eat this shit up. ~Recall Post: The Slap Chop Remix You're going to love my nuts. By the way, this remix actually became a real ad. I love this remix and puts a smile on my face. This puts a sm...

Amy Schumer - Milk Milk Lemonade

Image
Amy Schumer - Milk Milk Lemonade Damn it, I love Amy Schumer. She caught my attention when she told a certain story about an encounter with an ugly guy. Lately, YouTube has sent me suggestions for her clips for her TV show. I like her potty humor. It's dirty, but not child-like in that Adam Sandler way. I got a kick out of this video because it is a parody of all those “booty” music videos. While I LOVE the backside of a woman, because I am a black guy, it does sort of make the fudge too. We tend to forget that. I remember reminding some of that fact when they were admiring a booty.   Now, this song is stuck in my head. BTW, I think she's parodying Beez in the Trap for the most part. My other favorite skit.

Uptown Funk Mark Ronson Ft. Bruno Mars

Image
Uptown Funk Mark Ronson Ft. Bruno Mars When I mention this is a throwback to the funk songs of the 80s, all the young people look at me with confusion. I keep forgetting funk/pop sort of missed them because they grew up in the 90s. Make no mistake this song is a tribute to Prince and Morris Day and the Time. It has that flashy horn section and that bright sound. I like how the young folks think this Bruno Mars sound is “new”.    Now, the music video is more of a tribute to Michael Jackson. It has the look of those mid 80s videos that MJ used to make. The outfits are clearly 80s right. I love the guy in the suit with no shirt. I remember that being a thing. The music video is just plain cool with its 80's vibe. The song is fun. It's catchy and makes me nod my head. I hear a lot of modern music and I get upset on how bland and stupid it sounds. Every time I turn on the hip-hop station, I get mad and turn it off in frustration. Hearing Uptown Fu...
