TLC: Ain't 2 Proud 2 Beg Album version This was TLC's first single from their first album. I fondly remember watching the video in Memphis. I remember my religious family from there not being to happy with video, because the entire song is about single women having no shame in banging whoever they want. I personally loved the video and the New Jack Swing vibe the song had. The Album version is a little bit longer than the music video version, and ends differently with chorus and beat dropping out at the end. The bright clothes and strange use of condoms made a huge impression on every young person during the 90s. It should be noted that they went for a more Tomboy look here, but changed to a more sexier look for their second album. And, you can't go wrong with a line like this, “2 inches or a yard rock hard or if it's saggin' ” . Really? How the hell do you make the CGI Chipmunks look even worst than the first movie? Did they cut the budget down? _______________________________________ A lvin and the Chipmunks II (Where the hell did that come from? ) I knew they were rushing a sequel to the first film, but this is just crazy. I heard nothing about this movie being released during the Christmas time, and now I am reading reviews for it. My first thought about this movie was, “Where the hell did this thing come from?” I only ask this because they did very little promotion for this movie...very little indeed. I did a little digging and found out that the movie was supposed to come out on March 19, 2010, but someone thought it would be a good idea to release it on Christmas instead. I guess they think it will be a reason to get the little kids out of the damn house. By the way, the movie is hovering around 25%. Garfield II anyone?

Bryan Singer finds his way back to the X-Men franchise When I heard this news, I couldn't believe it at first. It mainly has to do with the way Bryan Singer and FOX ended their relationship before the shooting of X3. Singer and his team of writers had a story ready to flesh out for the X3 movie, but Fox pretty much fired him from the franchise. FOX brought in Brett Ratner, and we all know how that turned out. I also think this has partly something to do with the bad buzz and fizzle of Valkyrie . And, Singer might be willing to return to safer fields, and non-Tom Cruise movies. Well, Fox and Singer have kissed and made up. Singer will be on board for the development of basically a “Year One” story of the X-Men. While the franchise has hinted at the Charles Xavier / Magneto falling out, we may actually start to see it during this story. Plus, we'll see the young team attempting to become heroes. Star Wars: The Clone Wars Yes, this little movie is sometimes light years ahead of the prequels mainly because Lucas wasn’t as involved with every inch of the story. However, after hearing the commentary on the DVD, I now understand nearly all the problems I have with this movie come directly from George Lucas’s suggestions. For some reason, the movie throws in a bunch of little unnecessary comedic moments that make me cringe every time. Most of these silly moments come from the robot army. Lucas suggested all the funny moments into an otherwise serious script. These were the same problems I had with Episodes 1 and 2. These goofy moments seem like they were written by a five year old for a five year old. The other problem is the music. To put it simply, it isn’t John Williams’ score. Composer Kevin Kiner simply can’t hold a candle to Williams’ music and it shows. Heck, we don’t even get an opening crawl like the other movies. However, don’t let these mino...

C hevy Volt Dance...that was not good Oh, my this is lame. I mean look at the painted smiles on their faces, despite the fact they even know this is shit. The dancing is lame, but the stupid folk song is also just as bad. Sarah Palin (And, the visor-gate) Like I've stated before, I generally shy away from politics on my blog, because frankly it bores me. But, Sarah Palin seems to peak my interest with every news story. This time it is over a hat . While vacationing in Hawaii, someone got a photo of her wearing a McCain 2008 visor. However, Sarah blacked out the name McCain on her visor with a marker. Now, some may think it isn't a big deal, and it probably wasn't, but others believe there was something bigger going on. Because this story broke, Sarah and her family decided to leave the vacation spot early. (Boo-Whoo) Here are a few theories; 1 She just wanted to go around unnoticed, so she blacked out the McCain lettering : This is the theory that Camp Palin says what happened. Considering how rich they are, this seems like a stupid move to me. Why not just buy a cheap hat from one of the hundreds of stores around the area.
