Desperate Housewives Dolls?

Yes, this is another sign that the End is coming. I'm generally not the biggest fan of merchandising because it's an mutated outgrowth of marketing. When Franchises start receiving action figures and terrible video games, you know there is a bit of Shark Jumping. I'm not a Desperate Housewives fan, but I do think ABC might be milking the show a little bit too much for my taste.

I'd really have a problem if we started seeing LOST action figures.

the only successful tv merchandising i can recall is all the star trek merchandise during the mid 90's. other than that, the whole desparate housewives move is indeed desparate. but i'd be all about lost action figures, with a nifty plastic bunker playset that explodes when you don't push the button. lol

Shannon Fill:   Where is she now? SF has been reviewing TNG seasons o ver at his blog. And, the episode Lower Decks came up. I recently watched Lower Decks on Net-flicks and found myself amazed with the performance from the young and lovely Shannon Fill , who played the character Ensign Sito Jaxa. Jaxa showed up in two episodes of TNG, actually they were two important episodes.   There was a nice arc to her character too.   Her character was killed off in Lower Decks , but there were plans to bring her back for an episode of DS9. a U of L cheerleader gets into a little bit of trouble...

The Internet can be a dangerous place, and things that you did with that camera can come back to ruin your life. A very attractive University of Louisville cheerleader by the name of Becca Manns took some pictures of herself naked and also having sex with a dude. Either her memory stick or camera was stolen, and the theft uploaded the graphic photos onto the World Wide Web. That was when the shit hit the fan (Louisville Fan). She ended up having to leave the program and probably school. (I am currently enrolled in UofL as well, but you won't find any photos of me.) I sort of feel sorry for her because she did one crazy thing, and now it has ruined her life. However, I have to say this to her: You were given a chance to do something many people would never get a chance to do, go to an University. Bernie Mac is Dead A bit of upsetting news... ((CHICAGO (AP) — Bernie Mac, the actor and comedian who teamed up in the casino heist caper "Ocean's Eleven" and gained a prestigious Peabody Award for his sitcom "The Bernie Mac Show," died Saturday at age 50. )) I remember watching him on Def Comedy Jam , where he really broke out. If you get a chance, check out some of his earlier work on that show. I think he was able to really shine in some of the roles he took in his movie career. He seemed to always play the creepy guy that wore bad clothes and talk in strange patterns. Friday : He was great in this limited role. He played Pastor Clever, the horny Pastor.
