~OJ is in the news again and this time as a theft. Does this mean he’ll write a book called If I Stole it?

~Here are 5 things Hollywood thinks computers can do. I love The Net one. It’s so true. And I guess the aliens in ID4 use Macs. Then again, if they were using the latest version of windows, they’d be force to reboot. Thus, the aliens loosing the war to the humans. Do aliens have CLT-ALT-Delete?

~The real reasons our parents were cooler than us. I can see their point. Best reason: there were no Myspaces back then.

This reminds me of the PCPro mag issue i got while in Suisse (bored of french mags) they also had the 10 list of movie Pc donts, like the way they hacked the aliens in Independence Day using Macs and the Govt hack in Swordfish, while the girl was, um, servicing him...

lol, yeah that was an interesting scene in Swordfish. There was a lot of laughter during that scene in the theater.

I wonder if the ID4 aliens have to call tech support if their Mac software goes down.

Shannon Fill:   Where is she now? SF has been reviewing TNG seasons o ver at his blog. And, the episode Lower Decks came up. I recently watched Lower Decks on Net-flicks and found myself amazed with the performance from the young and lovely Shannon Fill , who played the character Ensign Sito Jaxa. Jaxa showed up in two episodes of TNG, actually they were two important episodes.   There was a nice arc to her character too.   Her character was killed off in Lower Decks , but there were plans to bring her back for an episode of DS9. From Memory Alpha , ((One story considered by the writing staff concerned the return of  Sito Jaxa  from  TNG : " Lower Decks ". a U of L cheerleader gets into a little bit of trouble...

The Internet can be a dangerous place, and things that you did with that camera can come back to ruin your life. A very attractive University of Louisville cheerleader by the name of Becca Manns took some pictures of herself naked and also having sex with a dude. Either her memory stick or camera was stolen, and the theft uploaded the graphic photos onto the World Wide Web. That was when the shit hit the fan (Louisville Fan). She ended up having to leave the program and probably school. (I am currently enrolled in UofL as well, but you won't find any photos of me.) I sort of feel sorry for her because she did one crazy thing, and now it has ruined her life. However, I have to say this to her: You were given a chance to do something many people would never get a chance to do, go to an University. Bernie Mac is Dead A bit of upsetting news... ((CHICAGO (AP) — Bernie Mac, the actor and comedian who teamed up in the casino heist caper "Ocean's Eleven" and gained a prestigious Peabody Award for his sitcom "The Bernie Mac Show," died Saturday at age 50. )) I remember watching him on Def Comedy Jam , where he really broke out. If you get a chance, check out some of his earlier work on that show. I think he was able to really shine in some of the roles he took in his movie career. He seemed to always play the creepy guy that wore bad clothes and talk in strange patterns. Friday : He was great in this limited role. He played Pastor Clever, the horny Pastor.
