((Kyla Ebbert, a blond, shapely 23-year-old
((Ebbert said she told the flight attendant she needed to remain on that flight so could make her doctor's appointment and that because she was on a day trip, she had not packed any luggage from which she could take clothes to change.))
If they got upset over this, they should come to U of L and check out the girls and what they’re barely wearing here. Come one people, she’d be sitting most of the time. Are we in forth grade and a hot woman can’t show a little skin? Now I can see them having a problem with her coming onto the plane naked, okay I see no problem with that either. But still…
I’ve always taken the stance that if you have the body for it, wear it. If you don’t, then don’t.
Update: There's more info. Check my friend's comment section.

I've gone to school and stopped in my tracks when a lady wear less than this would walk by and i would be shocked.
This is mild by even my very liberal standards.
That is if I had standards.
If Southwest gets it's way on this issue then it would give future legal grounds for mandating an actual dress code for commercial airlines to mandate for thier customers.
I'm just upset over the principal of the thing.
Mayren: It has gotten crazy the way some of the religious right has taken over the US.
This could open up for other locations and building to refuse to serve anyone they feel isn’t dress properly. Hopefully, she’ll win her case.
Anonymous: Thank you for giving me another view on the situation. And, part of me agrees with you, but we need to get past this fear of the sex and the female body. Yeah, sure she has a short skirt, but when you factor what young ladies are wearing today, this dress is modest compared to the other stuff. I simply can't see the fuss behind this thing.
Oh, I agree with you about the pants thing though.
Again, thanks for posting your thoughts.
