Comment: If you live in Louisville (I’m sorry), then you’ve more than likely heard something about the Grand Opening of the Ali Center in Louisville. I mean I’ve heard nothing but the Grand Opening.

While I generally hate boxing, but I respect what Ali has accomplished in his lifetime. He broke a lot of barriers for black men such as myself.

I’ve seen him up close two times in my life. One time, he visited my middle school, years ago. Years later, he was at same restaurant as I.

Another useless fact, his parents lived one house down from my grandmother for a while. It was a house he gave them after he was famous.

Real shame what has happened to him.

Wife and I went to the Ali center July 18. We arrived as soon as they opened up and were treated very good for the few hours we were there. The center is sums up ali when he was a boxer and till now. Im 61 and followed ali all my life. The kids in this era dont have the role models that we had. Take care Ali and wife and i pray for you. Im from merrillville indiana.

Shannon Fill:   Where is she now? SF has been reviewing TNG seasons o ver at his blog. And, the episode Lower Decks came up. I recently watched Lower Decks on Net-flicks and found myself amazed with the performance from the young and lovely Shannon Fill , who played the character Ensign Sito Jaxa. I’ve written about some messed up things in my time as a blogger, but this story might just top the cake.  And, I mean really.  If you are offended by porn and the porn industry, don’t read this blog.  However, this might be one of the strangest and creepiest things I’ve seen and read about.  It just seems so wrong... Shrek the Third

Shrek the Third It’s not really that funny. Shrek 3 isn’t very funny or entertaining. It’s not even a bad movie, it’s just boring. While the other two movies tried to give us some adult humor, with Dreamworks ripping Disney a new one in both movies, Shrek 3 simply doesn’t bother to be funny. I probably laughed three times during the entire time. The allure and humor of the first two films are gone in Shrek 3. So, who is to blame for this movie? It’s the screenwriters. The script is the reason this movie doesn’t work. The story is like that cheap soda you buy from a knock-off brand: it taste bland and doesn’t have that kick that the real sodas have. The jokes feel incomplete and dry. As I watched the movie, I came up with better jokes and storyline progressions than the actual movie.
