Head over to Joe’s movie Corner and read his very good post about The 300. While I wasn’t completely blown away with the movie, did enjoy it. He makes a good point that Sin City has style, character and story development, while 300 only has style. He also mentions the wonderful History Channel special that reveals a lot of info into battle, which actually had a huge navy battle involved there as well.

Last Stand of the 300: You see the Battle of Thermopylae was bigger than what we saw in the movie.
