Yeah, we all know them and it is pretty much required to have them in your script.

Here are my favorite ones from that list.

2. The Female Hostage: Yep, this one is used all the time in these movies.

5. The Ticking Time Bomb: You have to have a ticking time bomb! Or it will blow up. 24 seems to do this a lot too.

7. The Expository Speech: It only works if he has a German or British accent.

9. Never Trust The Man: Word up, G. I don’t trust Da Man either. You know what, screw the man!

16. I Think I Love My Ex-Wife: Not that I’m a divorce expert, but every Bruce Willis movie seems to have this angle and in real life this doesn’t happen. Want realistic, he should never talk to his wife again.

Shannon Fill:   Where is she now? SF has been reviewing TNG seasons o ver at his blog. And, the episode Lower Decks came up. I recently watched Lower Decks on Net-flicks and found myself amazed with the performance from the young and lovely Shannon Fill , who played the character Ensign Sito Jaxa. Jaxa showed up in two episodes of TNG, actually they were two important episodes.   There was a nice arc to her character too.   Her character was killed off in Lower Decks , but there were plans to bring her back for an episode of DS9. From Memory Alpha , ((One story considered by the writing staff concerned the return of  Sito Jaxa  from  TNG : " Lower Decks ". The pitch had Sito being imprisoned under inhumane conditions and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.  Robert Hewitt Wolfe  developed the story for some time. a U of L cheerleader gets into a little bit of trouble...

The Internet can be a dangerous place, and things that you did with that camera can come back to ruin your life. A very attractive University of Louisville cheerleader by the name of Becca Manns took some pictures of herself naked and also having sex with a dude. Either her memory stick or camera was stolen, and the theft uploaded the graphic photos onto the World Wide Web. That was when the shit hit the fan (Louisville Fan). She ended up having to leave the program and probably school. (I am currently enrolled in UofL as well, but you won't find any photos of me.) I sort of feel sorry for her because she did one crazy thing, and now it has ruined her life. However, I have to say this to her: You were given a chance to do something many people would never get a chance to do, go to an University. Bernie Mac is Dead A bit of upsetting news... ((CHICAGO (AP) — Bernie Mac, the actor and comedian who teamed up in the casino heist caper "Ocean's Eleven" and gained a prestigious Peabody Award for his sitcom "The Bernie Mac Show," died Saturday at age 50. )) I remember watching him on Def Comedy Jam , where he really broke out. If you get a chance, check out some of his earlier work on that show. I think he was able to really shine in some of the roles he took in his movie career. He seemed to always play the creepy guy that wore bad clothes and talk in strange patterns. Friday : He was great in this limited role. He played Pastor Clever, the horny Pastor. Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood : He played the self-racist cop. What a great moment. Get on the Bus : Another good role, but limited.
