Update on that Waitress story It appears things are really starting to unravel in Dayna's saga. From Daily Mail UK , ( (Dayna Morales, 22, seems to finally be doing the decent thing in returning the cash she took from unsuspecting supporters after her claims made national headlines.)) And, that's a good thing because she could be opening herself up to many lawsuits. People have reported that they're getting their money back. Now, she's hired a lawyer and that means we might see a confession from Dayna.    Now, we haven't heard much about that Red Lobster waitress lately.  

Archie Comics CEO WTF? Anyone woman that randomly shouts “Penis! Penis!” is someone I'd like to date. All jokes aside, I hope this isn't true for her sake. Amazing Spider-Man 2 Trailer First off, I couldn't get through the first movie in the Spider-man Reboot, so I am going into this one with cold feet. I just wasn't interested in revisiting the Spider-man origin story again. And, don't get me started with the redundant reboot anyway. Plus, I hated the score by James Horner in the first one too. This looks like the Spider-Man movie we wanted and deserved.   ~Okay, I liked the first opening shot with logo fading to his outfit.   ~Doc Ock suit and arms: Did you catch that? They teased the arms in the trailer. Very cool. ~ Electro: We get a full look at Electro (Jamie Foxx). Vader Vs. Hitler 3 “When you conquer Russia, you better pack some winter clothes.” It is good to see Epic Rap Battles back. I'm going to say that Vader won this battle because he brought in Fett. Listen for the Wilhelm scream . Blackbeard vs Al Capone Look for a cameo by a videogame character in the background. I thought that was pretty clever. Bob Ross  vs  Pablo Picasso     I really liked this one too.  Bob Ross is a and was a total bad ass. 

 Lady Gaga, I just not that into you... I went to Spotify and noticed a suggestion for Lady Gaga because people in my area have been listening to the new Gaga album. I clicked on it just because I was curious. I really couldn't finish it. Most of the tracks sounded bad. Some of her singing isn't that bad, but the “slamming” electronic techno beats are really distracting. Some tracks are borderline dub step which I truly loathe. I understand she has a certain fan base she plays to and manipulates, but this is manufacturing the music for that fan base instead of creating music organically. “Look, I am your spokeswoman” comes out clear in each track with the heavy beats.   Here are some highlights or low lights -She sings about masturbating. Nothing ground breaking here. You can make a genre out of masturbating songs from females (starting with “Love to love you”) -She sings about Venus...the planet. -She has a song with TI Twista and Too Short. ...

RIP Paul Walker   I was a little shocked when I read that Paul Walker passed away. It seems even stranger that he was killed in a “fast and furious” manner with a car crash. He died in a fast-driving car riding shotgun. If you've read my blog long enough, you know that I wasn't a huge fan of Walker's acting. I made many jokes about his non acting all the time. However, he seemed like a nice guy from the interviews I've seen from him. Look, I actually really enjoyed him in Joy Ride “Hey, Candy-Cane”. Here are a few tweets from people that knew him . Waitress Lied about rude non-tip? Regardless how you feel about gay people or racism from customers, is it right to donate money to them because someone treated them rudely? There are horrible people that will refuse tip because you're black or gay, but some of these are hoaxes.   It bothers me that now waitresses and waiters are now fashioning their own sob stories online in order to get someone people to donate to them. If you remember, people donated to that young black waitress from Red Lobster because she allegedly received a racist note on the return check.    From lohud.com, ((People began sending money, totaling about $2,000, some of which she said she would donate to a nonprofit that helps disabled veterans. )) That's a lot of money to give out to someone that was “treated” badly. Does that mean every person that's been a victim of bullying or racism on a verbal or notation level deserves a pay out? It bothers me when people do...

Random Things ~ North Korea gets an apology from an 85 year old guy for war crimes: Wow, NK, what does that say about you that you let a old man bully you around? Anyway, we know its all bullshit. He was a tourist in the country for about ten days. Just as he was about to leave, they arrested him for crimes against Korea. I find it shocking that Americans would even go to the country considering they can arrest you for anything and everything. The amusing part is the apology was written in broken English and he read it word for misguided word.  Make sure to watch the Vice Guide to NK. Identity Theft   There is something gravely wrong with this movie. The movie feels incomplete and uneven. There are some good things in the story, but all the good stuff is buried in unfunny and patchy editing. The writing smacks of rewrites, retooling and studio notes. Melissa McCarthy isn't to blame for the film. It might be the direction and writing that gives me that empty and unfunny feeling. Sandy Patterson (Bateman) is a normal by-the-books guy with a normal family and new job. He accidentally gives out his credit card information to Diana (McCarthy). Diana goes on a spending spree and even gets Sandy in trouble with the law. In order to clear his name, he goes to Florida to capture Diana. However, two factions want to kill or take Diana in. So, it becomes a road movie. The premise is downright stupid and goes out of its way to prove to us that's it is legit.
