This is funny as hell. Old people tend to worry about the stupidest things. Who cares if someone dumps trash in your dumpster? Trash is trash. Would it be better if the brother just dumped the shit in front of your doorstep? One thing I don’t concern myself with is the trash or even who lives around me. As long as you don’t bother me, I don’t care about you. Clearly, there is a racial factor in this old fart’s attention to him.
