I uncovered this
video a few days ago. It has Garrett Wang and Jeri Ryan at a
convention.
Wang literally
cried when he talked about the tension between Kate and Jeri on the
set. The environment on the show got really toxic from the fourth
season and beyond. Wang admitted that the cast whole hang out at the
food table when they went at it. I stopped watching VOY around the
six season, but always found the bts stuff more entertaining than the
actual show.

Janeway
was a poorly written character, but Mulgrew found her way with her
character on Orange is the New Black.
