The Situation sues Abercrombie & Fitch: The Battle of the D-Bags II

The Situation sues Abercrombie & Fitch:  The Battle of the D-Bags II
From NY Daily News ((According to Reuters, the 29-year-old filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Federal Court against Abercrombie & Fitch, charging that the clothing company has infringed on the "Situation" and "GTL" trademarks.
That is total and utter bullshit, Situation.
I always like how The Situation walks around claiming to be a tough guy and yet has a hard time taking a joke.  He got his feelings hurt by Abercrombie and now he wants 4 Million dollars.  He’s certainly taking a page out of Lindsey Lohan’s book.  I hope he knows that his shelf life is nearly over and he needs to get some cash soon, but make no mistake this is another cash grab.
This started a few months back.
From NY Daily, ((The lawsuit come on the heels of the company’s publicity ploy in August offering to pay the reality star to no longer wear their popular apparel.
At the time, A&F sniped it was "deeply concerned" that Sorrentino "could cause significant damage" to its brand's "aspirational nature." ))
I also like that The Situation sees himself as a “brand”.  He’ll be lucky to sell brand names at the Wal-Mart counter in a few years.  And, I hate Abercrombie a lot, but I hate Mr. Situation more.
I really want these Jersey Shore people to go away.  First we get Snooki hawking a book and now this.  Never have people with so little talent gotten so much in return.
And, why does he always look like he's smelling a fart?

  1. I never got into the whole Jersey Shore show deal and didn't understand until very recently that these weren't people who knew each other ahead of time already...I thought it was something more like the Kardashians than the Real World. Learning the truth just made it worse, somehow.

  2. Yeah, it was a bunch of random people thrown together. The show is almost unwatchable. I tried watching a full episode and came out hating all of them.

Sadly, I have a few friend and family members that watch this show. oh, boy

  3. The whole "famous because we create drama for TV" thing needs to die.

  4. agreed, I'd love to see these shows go the wayside, but they're cheap to make and turn a tidy profit in return.
