Did Tiger Woods fart on live TV? (Just in case it is removed)
It certainly looks that way, but actually it appears to be a joke from a sports news guy.
((The Detroit Free Press reports that announcer David Feherty was behind the gas caper. The story goes that Feherty pulled a prank on Woods by using an electronic sound device.
This makes sense. It explains the artificial sound and the perfect timing. It also explains why Tiger--who will go berserk if a bird flies over during his backswing--laughed it off.))
It would have been a better story if Mr. Woods had actually did it.
So, Feherty let the computer fart for him. Now we live in a time when a grown man can't let his own farts and a sound device does it for him. In my day, when a man (or woman) wanted to let one rip they ask someone to pull their finger.
Anyway, the Tiger Woods Farting scandal was pretty huge in the blog-sphere. I personally want more people to fart during a golf game. I generally hate golf. However, if more people let one rip, I'd watch.
