While watching Adventureland, they played this song in one of the scenes. I cracked a smile because I used to love this. It used to play on the radio all the time.
Listening to it today, I realized Lady Gaga owes a lot to these 80's artists from the dancing era.

I also realized that this song paved the way for the trance/dance music from the 90s.

ReplyDeleteI just listened to the mash up. I'm surprised that it works but it does. There have been some very interesting mash ups that work of late.
