Get out of there!

Get out of there!

Source Screen Junkies

“Get out of there!”

When someone says that to you, you're in big trouble. Either someone is going to kill you or something is going to explode.

I think they missed one big one from Star Trek III or I missed it.

From IMDB,

Torg: [the Klingons have boarded the Enterprise only to find it is deserted] My Lord, the ship appears to be deserted.
Kruge: How can that be? They're hiding.
Torg: Yes, sir. The ship appears to be run by computer. It is the only thing that is speaking.
Kruge: Speaking? Let me hear it.
Enterprise computer: [Torg walks over to a console, placing his communicator towards it] 9-8-7-6-5...
Kruge: [shouts] Get out! Get out of there! Get out!
Enterprise computer: 2-1...

  1. I like that they had a clip that also included a variation of "you've got company".

  2. If I heard "You've got company", I'd probably be even more freaked out. That means they're already in there with you. "Get of there" basically means you have a chance.

I wonder if there are some videogames that have the "get out of there" lines.

  3. oh, I thought you were the one who posted We've got company.

But I am sure that there are games that have get out of there lines. Think about all the games with timed escape levels because an explosive is about to go off.

Or all the stealth games where the hero has to escape without being seen.
