Grand Theft Auto in hot water

GTA Controversy Part One

Sometimes, I wonder if people in our country are retarded or just uneducated. About a month ago, some nerd went searching inside the development code of GTA San Andreas (Note: the PC version). The nerd found some locked away code inside. What he found was that there was a mission where you have sex with female character, and they show EVERYTHING. This code wasn’t suppose to be used, and was locked away for a reason. (Note: Think of it as a deleted scene.)

Being that this nerd was a Fanboy, he decided to make Mod for the PC version of the game. This in itself should be seen as pitiful, anyone that can get off from polygon boobs is pretty sad. (Note: I said get off, not attracted to, then again I am a Fanboy myself). The mod is free to download for all that want to see fake boobs without heading to strip club to see live fake boobs. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, “fanboys GET a Life!”

Anyway, the ESRB is pissed and has re-rated the game AO (Adults Only), from rated M. Many stores have removed the game from their shelves, because of the new rating. I find this funny, because PS2 and Xbox versions don’t have this Mod to unlock the hidden game. In Oct, Rockstar will release another version of the game WITHOUT the locked away content, this version will go back to rated M.

Yes, Rockstar was wrong for leaving the content in the game, but keep in mind that the content was never meant to be seen by anyone. Every game has locked away content of unfinished code and storylines. There is some hidden code from Final Fantasy 7, where a certain character is suppose to be dead, but has dialogue well after she had died.

If we put as much energy in the War Against Terror as we do in rating and banning racy content, we would’ve already won it the war. Somehow, two fake characters having sex is more of threat than terrorist. America get your priorities straight.

Next up, I’ll take on Sen. Hillary Clinton and all the concerned parents who somehow let their children play a game that is rated 17 and older. Stupid fools…
