After a year of dealing with COVID-19, I finally contracted it a few weeks ago. It was not fun. During its early stages, my head, ear, and muscles hurt. It was hard to think clearly. After the harsh phase subsided, I completely lost my sense of smell and taste. That was brutal. I’ve only partially regained my sense of taste and smell back. I can smell stronger things. Whereas it nearly killed my parents and killed an uncle, I was able to jump back because I use a lot of water pills because of my medical condition
The problem is that I generally don’t have contact with people and don’t hang out or hook up with people. I avoid crowds at all costs.
Here's hoping things get better.
