Impersonating a peace officer...foo

This is both amusing and sad.  This old dude, 79, was a “police chaplain” for a city PD in Sparks. Being a “chaplain” means he only has the power of counseling people in the community.  He has no other power within law enforcement.  Yet, this c-sucker decided to install illegal red and blue lights into his own truck.  One day, he decided to use his illegal lights driving down the highway in order to move people out of his path.

What is with these people wanting to be police without going in for the work?  Plus, the nerve of the guy to use his lights to get people out of your way.  You’re 80 years-old grow up.   

Yes, this man is a keeper, ladies.  He has blue lights on his trucks.
