Tiger King   I am a little late on the Tiger train, but here I am.     Well, each episode gets crazier than the last one.  I didn't know anything about the documentary other than the appearance of Joe  Exotic  on  John  Oliver's show.  People at work were talking about him and I love animals, so it piqued my interest.   Like a virus, I caught the bug and watched the entire thing.     This show is like an onion. You will see so many layers.  It is a mixture of poor white trash and a bunch of rich people. Throw in a bunch of big cats and you got a story where no one is a good person.  Tiger King isn't truly a documentary, but more of a reality show with doc overtones.  If this was a show on cable or network, I wouldn't be interested.     Having watched a lot of media, I've never encountered a story where everyone is a terrible person.  There are two main char...

Stuber   My life will literally be better by not finishing it.   Congrats, Stuber, I gave up on watching this movie after 15 minutes.  Despite being about to sit through some of the worst movies ever, I just could sit through this thing.     Kumail Nanjiani    is one of the most annoying characters I've ever seen.  He is actually playing one of those beta dudes that pines over the hot girl hoping they would notice him.   Dave Bautista  is very terrible as the tough-guy cop.  Bautista is great in the Guardians movies.  I just had to stop the movie and turn it off.  It is bland and stupid.    And, why does this movie feel like it fell out of 2008 instead of 2019?  Despite the Uber connection, it has that horrid 00s feel to it.   So, goodbye, Stuber.    

Why is it that I can listen to J Pop and K Pop, but popular mainstream Chinese music is something I can’t handle?  Is it the autotune?  Anyway, I used to watch Bart Baker’s  parody  videos.  They were extremely funny and well made.  I checked out his channel a few months back and noticed he had not updated his channel in a year.     To my surprise, he quit YouTube to become a social media star in China.  That is a strange transition.  I’ll let the shitty Vice story do all the talking because it seems like a fluff piece.  What the hell happened to Vice?  I used to love you.     His new music and Tik Toc type stuff are cringe-worthy to me.  Have I turned into a boomer or am I still a doomer?   For me, I would like to rebuild my brand in all  territories  instead of China.  Singing songs on all social media  platforms  would widen your  audience ....
