While I don’t like some of the modern R&B songs, this song by Doja Cat is very cute and playful in a 70s disco manner.  What is funny is that the song is actually dirty.  She talks about having sex and “bouncing it”.  The baseline has a “Good Times” vibe to it without being sued over it.  The song has been a major crossover hit.   Doja Cat’s soft take on the song fits with the 70s style.  It is a playful but dirty song.   

Someone making this music video has watched some 70s and early 80s porn.  And, Doja also incorporates the dance moves invented by the Tic Tok users.  Look, I don’t understand Tic Tok, but the song is even bigger because  

I guess Tic Tok is really pushing the songs to the top.
