Remember that McDonald’s employee that beat the two women after they jumped the counter? 

From NY Daily News, ((The McDonald’s cashier arrested for his supersized smackdown of two women who came around his counter to pick a fight has been cleared of all charges.))

I thought he went too far with the beating after they fell down, but they should have never jumped the counter.  They intended on beating this guy up, but I still have a problem with the swings he took after they were down. 

Yet, the two “victims” also have criminal records just like Ray McIntosh. One woman was arrested again for harassing a woman after the beating. 

From DNAinfo, ((Rachel Edwards, 24, from Brooklyn, faces misdemeanor harassment and aggravated harassment charges for sending a relative offensive messages, court records obtained by DNAinfo show. She was charged with trespass for the McDonald's incident.))

You would think she’d stay on the down low after the beating incident.

Part of me is pleased to see that he was released, because they did attack him first and planned to beat him up.  Part of this was self defense, he took it too far.
