Chrono Cross and Nelly Mashup
I really dug this mashup. Keep in mind there are hundreds of Chrono Trigger/Cross remixes with real hip-hop artists. Everyone should check out the Chrono Trigger Mix Tape.
The Another World overworld theme is one of my favorite tracks from the wondful CC soundtrack. I listen to that track all the time.
