The Playboy Club receives the cancellation.

I remember seeing promotions for this recently, and now the show is canceled. At least the show was lucky enough to air three episodes before getting the ban-hammer. I remember Mad Men had an episode with the Playboy girls from that club too. This show seemed to have that same feel, as if the big networks were trying to capture that Mad Men vibe.

I can't see how the concept of the show would last beyond a season anyway.

There have been other shows that have been canceled quicker of course.
